Nominations for the 40 Under 40 Broker Awards may be submitted through our online submission form.

As the nominator, once you log into the system, you will have the ability to peruse the entry form to review what is being asked. This gives you the opportunity to gather the information and, when you're ready, cut and paste it into the online form. You do not need to fill out the entire form at one time.

When starting a submission for the first time, you will create a user profile, which will prompt you to create a password. This will allow you to re-enter the system and continue to fill out the nomination form before officially submitting it for judging. As you are filling out the form, hit the save button at the bottom of the page. When your nomination form is complete and you are ready to submit it, click "Save and Finalize" on the last page. The system will notify you if there are any mandatory fields that were left blank.

If you submitted a nomination last year, you are still in the system and may log in with your credentials.
